A Few Of My Favourite Things: January 19th

Photobucket

1. NOTD with Barry M's "Fabulous" Polish. This was from last year's News Of The World make-up giveaway and was the first time I'd used this. Love the bright shiney red.

2. My first attempt at leopard print nail art - the dots are Nails Inc London and the black is L'Oreal Superliner sealed with a coat of trusty Seche Vite. Inspired by Gemfatale's leopard print tutorial.

3. Lee Stafford hair growth treatment (worth a try) and my first ever day cream. I've never used moisturiser on my face before but at the ripe old age of 23 I think I need to start.

4. Garnier Eye Roll-ons, 2 for £12 in Boots. Clearly I've been in a susceptible to gimmicks frame of mind this week but I've wanted to try these for a while.

5. My 2011 diary from Paperchase.

6. Best sales bargain EVARRR. Carvela heels for £19 from John Lewis.

What are your favourite things this week? And what would you wear the purple shoes with?

  15. @ Sylvieee - it's worth a try for the amazing fragrance alone!

@ Sia - looking forward to your blog post on it :)

@ Steph xox - Mac Hue is on my (long) Mac wishlist!

@ Gemx - thank you :) I will definitely try to wear them soon!

@ Joy - I think I'll do a review on the Growth Treatment in a few weeks :)

@ The white cabbage - I really like the Garnier Roll-On, you can really feel it working.

@ xSantyx - I always spend so long deciding on a diary, it's such an important purchase!

@ Sian - the Growth Treatment's definitely made my hair feel softer, I guess time will tell if it really does make a difference! The nail art was so easy and I have very unsteady hands!

@ Kelly - thanks for following :) off to check out your blog now.

@ G A B Y - that's so annoying that you can't get the Barry M polishes, they have such a lovely range of colours.

In the arithmetic hour, the teacher asked him:
    - Your father gave you six cents. Your mother gave you four cents. How many cents do you have now?
    - Teacher, I have a cricket now - Answered the boy
